Mlinar Croatia Bread is one of the first foods to be prepared in human history and people have been eating it for thousands of years. That is why it comes as no surprise that many take baked goods for granted, especially nowadays, when they’ve become just another common part of our everyday lives.

However, behind those one-day products lies a complex process that begins with tiny grains and ends with a warm, flavourful crust and crumb. We have been developing and perfecting that process for more than 120 years, implementing our skills and know-how to create premium quality products and make their benefits available to our customers.

Our commitment has earned us the position of an industry leader in the domestic market with more than 250 stores in Croatia. Our expertise has been rewarded with international success through the export of our products to more than 20 foreign markets. Mlinar Slovenija Mlinar Slovenija has been operating since 2012, and in just over 10 years, it boasts 20 stores and more than 40 wholesale customers.

Despite a small business team, as many as 8 retail stores were opened in 2022 on the Slovenian market, including Mlinar’s first self-service model. The numbers show that in 2022, 680,000 croissants were sold, and 1,253,000 customers visited Mlinar’s stores.

Hleb&KifleHleb i Kifle is Belgrade’s leading bakery chain, with a 15-year history. They have become a highly positioned and well-known brand on the market due to their dedication to producing premium-quality bakery products using tried-and-true recipes.

Their product range includes various types of bread, bread rolls, cakes, sandwiches, salads and juices, which are produced in production facilities in Belgrade and Smederevo. The products are available in over 50 locations throughout central and northern Serbia.

Aside from their bakeries, Hleb & Kifle products can also be found in all major retail chains and the HORECA sector.

Mlinar BiH Mlinar first appeared on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2017, when the first store was opened. Six years later, Mlinar counts a total of 23 locations in Sarajevo, Kiseljak, Mostar, Zenica, Neum, Banja Luka and Cazin. Mlinar's product range is also available in the largest wholesale chains in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
