This step marks an important milestone in strengthening our market position and accelerating long-term growth, while reflecting strong confidence in the direction in which we are developing Mlinar – in the quality of our business model, the strategic leadership of BOSQAR INVEST, and the potential for future expansion into new markets.

The investment round, with a total potential value of up to EUR 80 million, is structured in two phases: in the first phase, the EBRD is investing EUR 35 million for an approximately 17% stake in Mlinar, while the second phase, expected within a 12- to 24-month period, provides for up to an additional EUR 45 million with the participation of the EBRD, BOSQAR INVEST and MidEuropa. The investment reaffirms Mlinar’s financial and operational strength, while also supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing energy and operational standards, strengthening employee engagement and further modernising the business.

This step further consolidates Mlinar’s position within the Future Food business vertical of BOSQAR INVEST, while also confirming the Group’s stability and disciplined financial management approach.
