Štrukli is a very popular traditional dish from northwest Croatia. The method of its preparation is even featured in the Croatian Register of Intangible Cultural Heritage. This dish has its own festival, called Štruklijada, which takes place in Kumrovec, and is served in countless restaurants in a wide variety of ways, proving an inexhaustible source of inspiration for everyone who prepares them. Mlinar has its own delicious version of štrukli, made of filo dough stuffed with cottage cheese.
